Another emotional experience.

This year was the first year in 31 years that I have not been to the emergency room- Victoria Woodward, Oceanside, CA

Victoria and Luke, at Glen Ivy, March 2000

Here is my story. . I have been sick for most of my 52 years on earth.

The last 27 years has seen back surgery, two brain surgeries, a

hysterectomy, reconstructive surgery on my face and eye, hand and foot

surgeries. I have been diagnosed with an L5 pushing into my spinal column,

degenerating disc in the middle of my back, fybromyalgia, asthma, sleep

apnea, high blood pressure and assorted little annoyances. In May of 1999 I

hit my low point when our last grandchild was born. I was using oxygen with

my bi-pap machine, taking three inhalers for my asthma, ansids for the pain,

couldn't get my blood pressure under control with meds, and feeling like

death warmed over. I had a hard time walking form the hotel room to the car

to get to my daughter's house. I could barely hold the 9 LB. baby. My

acupuncturist, who had helped me tremendously by then believe it or not,

encouraged me to take Tai Chi to help build my endurance. Dr. Tsai

acupuncturist) had already cut my emergency room visits from 4 or 5 a year

down to 1 a year.

My Tai Chi teacher, Regina Gill, told me about the "101 Miracles" and I read

the book. My life started to change from that day on. I have read the book

four times. For the first time in my entire life I felt I could be cured.

I ordered the tapes and started to practice. In August Regina held a

workshop and I took the day long program. I improved so much my daughter

took my book home with her to use. I have steadily improved since then.

This year was the first year in 31 years that I have not been to the

emergency room. I know I will be cured within two years. I want to thank

Dr. Tsai for encouraging me, for Regina for teaching me, and for Luke and

Frank for bringing the wonderful practice to the United States and sharing

with all of us. May loving Chi surround all of you.

QiGong

In China ancient Qi masters were mindful of the healing powers of internal resource management many thousands years before even the birth of modern science. The art of Qi Gong magnify life energy, thus increasing the body capacity to heal itself.

Methods were created and written to produce the most effective natural medicine within the human body. The longevity of life, the internal healer were some of the strategies, once combine or complement with medical treatment, will speed up recovery and the important thing is it can easily be incorporated into the lifestyles the sick, old, young, and even the well. It was also said that in China QiGong was use on it's own to deal with difficult health problems.

QiGong means the cultivation of life's healing energies and resources. More and more people, in the world are beginning to use this for health, due to rising healthcare costs and expensive prescriptions.

Qi Gong dates back to more than five thousand years of Chinese culture. It is also a highly advanced science, which is unique in it's own way. Millions of people were said to have been affected, and touch by the health benefits of this wonderful culture.

Abundance miracles, and unbelievable experimental results, in extraordinary powers were link to those who chose to practice it. The results were overwhelming in nature. Large hospitals in China conduct clinical research, and the public can request for QiGong healing treatments in the hospitals.

It was quoted by Chinese practitioner that Zhineng Qi Gong was certified in China as a preminent energy healing approach, after a 19 years government survey.

Zhineng Qigong - the cultivation of intelligent life energy - has demonstrated an incredible 95% healing effectiveness rate on over 450 serious and terminal disease conditions (Cancer, Diabetes, Depression, Heart Disease...) of more than 200,000 patients. 350,000 students were trained at the previous Huaxia Zhineng Qigong Center. There are about millions of practitioners worldwide.

New Development

Two decades after the first wave of chigong revolution back into the early 80’s, the state of the art trend of chigong or Yoga practice has changed from internal/external chi cultivation to opening up Vital Centres (Dantians)/Central Meridians.

With the help of the newly developed Zhineng Breathing Series created and complied by Master Liu, Zhineng Qigong practitioners are able to make rapid progresses in self-healing and advanced practice (Loosen up the lower back, open up the Vital Centers or even the Central Meridians).

What are the practices or movements of QiGong in a nutshell?

QiGong practice consists mainly of physical movements, mind and body intergration, breathing exercises, meditation, and relaxation. Qi- energy. People who practice QiGong develop an awareness of (Qi) sensations in their bodyand use their mind to guide the energy(Qi) to designated area for self healing. When the practitioners progresses to a sufficiently skill level, he will be call a (master), then he would be able to direct or emit external Qi for the purpose of healing others. What is Qi energy. Traditional Chinese Medicine recognises a subtle energy system, which circulates throughout the body. There are are channels in the body through which these energy flows. It is also called (life essence, or life energy), which maintains and nurtures our physical body, mind and spirit. A person is healthy if the Qi is able to move freely along this channels call the meridians points. Ailments occurs when the channels blockages builds up, clearing the meridians will allow the free flow of Qi, necessary for the restoration of health.
